  • No Replacement for Medical Care: These scans do not replace full anatomical diagnostic ultrasounds or regular prenatal care. You agree that you are currently under the care of a healthcare provider and have not been advised against elective ultrasound.

  • Healthcare Provider Role: Sweetface Scans Inc. does not provide medical advice. Any questions regarding the health of the pregnancy must be directed to your licensed healthcare provider.

2. Service Guarantees & Image Quality

  • "As Is" Service: We strive to provide the highest quality images possible. However, image quality is heavily dependent on factors beyond our control, including the baby's position, the mother's hydration, and tissue density.

  • No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee that the baby will cooperate or that specific facial features will be visible during your session. We do not offer refunds solely based on the baby's position or cooperation.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book an appointment or create an account on this site. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • Account Security: If you create an account to manage bookings, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
