1. In-Studio Purchases
General Policy: All in-studio sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on services rendered or most physical products once they leave our studio.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
Ultrasound Images/Photos (printed or digital packages)
Image Enhancements (Hyper-realistic & Hyper real image edits)
Flash Drives
Heartbeat Bears and Sound Modules

Exceptions (Limited Return Window):
The following specific items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the condition requirements:
Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. (Refundable or Exchangeable)
Fetal Dopplers: Exchange only (no refunds).
Acrylic Video Frames: Exchange only (no refunds).
2. Online Purchases
If you purchase products through our online boutique, the following rules apply:

Refundable Items:
Clothing: Online clothing purchases may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
3. Refund Processing & Fees
Processing Fees: Please note that for all approved refunds (both in-studio and online), the original payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Calculation: Your refund amount will be the total price paid minus the processing fees incurred during the transaction.
